Video Details: Aaron Fotheringham (born November 8, 1991 in Las Vegas, Nevada) is an Extreme wheelchair athlete who performs tricks adapted from skateboarding and BMX. Aaron Fotheringham has Spina Bifida and has used a wheelchair since the age of three and although he used crutches early on, he has been in a wheelchair fulltime since the age of eight. This video of Aaron Fotheringham performing a wheelchair backflip is meant to show not only people that use wheelchairs but everyone that when life gives you limits, push them. In 2009, Fotheringham also served as a wheelchair double for Kevin McHale's character, Artie Abrams. Aaron Fotheringham is also the first person to peform a backflip in a wheelchair.
