In the second part of the video series on exercises for sciatica pain we see an exercise for relieving piriformis syndrome and also discusses how to tell the difference between "true" sciatica and piriformis syndrome. Most piriformis injuries are caused by overuse or by forced rotation of the hip caused by running on uneven surfaces.
